We are so grateful for incredible work from employees like Justin Kaasa. Who is this week’s Employee Spotlight. Justin’s dedication to Rogers Electric and hard work does not go unnoticed. He consistently puts in the work to be successful. For this week’s Thankful Thursday, Justin’s Manager dedicated his spotlight to highlighting one specific Rogers Core Values that Justin embodies: Communication. Here’s what Justin’s Service Manager, Dan Orphan, had to say about his work and being driven at Rogers.
“Justin Kaasa is always willing to jump in and take on a lot of work for the Rogers team. He is a valuable member of the lighting team and hold his own in Washington State being the only lighting tech we have there.”
