Rogers Spotlight: Brad McCollum

Rogers Spotlight: Brad McCollum

#EMPLOYEESPOTLIGHT

Rogers is excited to bring in February 2019 with high expectations and strong intentions to set the year off right. With that being said, we wrapped up our first event of 2019 earlier this week kicking off an intentional year of putting our customers first. We, as a company, learned the importance of good customer service and are taking steps to implement what we learned from our guest speaker on Wednesday and applying that into the work we do every day. As always, our 2019 intentions include showing how incredibly thankful we are for our hardworking employees, and continuing to give back to our local communities. To kick off February, we want to continue to set aside time every week to show how thankful we are for all of our technicians out in the field that make up a significant part of our Rogers family. Without our employees across the country working as hard as they do, Rogers would not be the success that it is today.

This week, our Employee Spotlight is one of our very hardworking employees, Brad McCollum. We learned from Brad’s colleagues about all of the hard work he has put in here at Rogers, and we wanted to take a moment to share the incredible things his supervisors had to say about him.

One colleague said,

“Brad is always punctual and on time. When we get busy, he never complains about the long work days and always shows up ready to work hard.”

Another says,

“Brad never says no when last minute requests are added to his board. He goes above and beyond to complete calls on the first trip, which is extremely important in this industry. Rogers is thankful to have a hardworking employee like Brad!”

We’re so appreciative of all of the hard work you put in with Rogers, Brad, and we can’t wait to watch you continue to grow within the company. We truly wouldn’t be where we are without hardworking employees like you making Rogers what it is.

Look for next week’s spotlight when we Get Connected to the People Behind Rogers and honor another in the Rogers family.
