This week, we have a very special #ThankfulThursday Employee Spotlight highlighting a technician who has continuously shown up, worked hard, and who has truly been an incredible example of what Rogers embodies on the job site. As we make our way into the holiday season, we want to take an extra second to share how much we appreciate technicians going above and beyond to make Rogers what it is today.
Our spotlight this week is Josh Taylor. We learned specifically from Josh’s Service Managers about the incredible work he has been doing for Rogers and his willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
Here’s what they had to say:
“Josh has taken part of several FET’s in the Chicago area as well as running break and repair calls on the side to help keep the SLA’s passing. He completes his jobs on the first trip (if they can be done so) and if a second trip is required, his quotes and write ups make it easy to complete on the 2nd trip. We’re so thankful to have him on our team.”
“Within the past 2 months, Josh has been given multiple compliments from general contractors on numerous projects and the most recent one being a few Fridays ago, 10/18/19. Josh is an excellent technician and an even better employee. He represents the Rogers brand to a ‘T’.”
Josh is constantly proving what an incredible asset he is to this company and his team. Josh adds so much value to our team and we’re so appreciative of all of the hard work he puts in. We can’t wait to watch him continue to grow within the company. Below are a few photos of Josh and his family!
