We are thrilled to have rolled out our new Core Values to all of our Rogers employees this past month. We’ve decided to incorporate each and every Employee Spotlight into these new corporate values that encapture Rogers. Over the next few weeks, we are going to continue to share these values we hold so dearly to our Rogers Family within the company, and through the relationships we’ve built with our customers outside of the company. With that being said, we’re excited to continue our #ThankfulThursday highlighting each different core values in our employees who work so hard to make this company the success it is on a day to day basis.
This week, our #ThankfulThursday is one of our very hardworking employees, Prashendall McQueen. We learned from Prashendall’s colleagues about all of the hard work he has put in here at Rogers, and we wanted to take a moment to share the incredible things his supervisors and colleagues had to say about him.
One colleague said,
“Prashendall has been with the company just over a year. He hired on with the construction department out of California and contacted me as he wanted to transfer to the Cleveland Ohio market. After moving to the area we quickly realized that Prashendall was going to be an excellent addition to our team.”
Another says,
“Prashendall completes quality work on time and is always willing to assist with additionals assignments as needed. We look forward to having him help us grow and strengthen this market. “
Prashendall is “trained, knowledgeable and DRIVEN to continuously improve.” We’re so appreciative of all of the hard work you put in with Rogers, Prashendall, and we can’t wait to watch you continue to grow within the company. We truly wouldn’t be where we are without hardworking employees like you making Rogers what it is.
