Rogers is excited to continue through May with high expectations and strong intentions to continue into the the summer months. We’ve made it a goal this year to show as much appreciation as we possibly can to the employees who put in the work to make Rogers the success it is on a day to day basis. As always, our intentions throughout the year include showing how incredibly thankful we are for our employees, and continuing to give back to our local communities. To make our way through this month showing our employees just how much they mean to us, we want to continue to set aside time every week to place an emphasis on all of our technicians out in the field that make up such a significant part of our Rogers family. Without our employees across the country working as hard as they do, Rogers would not be the success that it is today.
This week, our Employee Spotlight is one of our very hardworking employees, Timothy O’Sullivan. We learned from Tim’s colleagues about all of the hard work he has put in here at Rogers, and we wanted to take a moment to share the incredible things his supervisors and colleagues had to say about him.

“Tim has held down the Reno area solo for over a year, continuing to impress us with his hard work ethic time and time again.”
Another says,
“Tim has built up a good relationship with our customer base and is willing to work day and night to get the job done. “
We’re so appreciative of all of the hard work you put in with Rogers, Tim, and we can’t wait to watch you continue to grow within the company. We truly wouldn’t be where we are without hardworking employees like you making Rogers what it is.
