Each summer, Rogers Electric welcomes a new class of interns throughout our business segments. Our typical intern class includes those serving our accounting, finance, human resources, IT, marketing and operations teams. This program is an extension of our business development and management training internally and we have had much success with its members. Our current COO began his career in this program back in 2004 and is now serving as a leader on our executive board.
